Detailed description

Stator knife SMTR0501-X00 from CUTMETALL for shredding machines from Tria

Compatibility with machines:

The stator knife is fitting for cutting millses and granulators from Tria.

Cutting performance and durability:

Through the use of particular materials and the variance in the cutting shape, the product can be adjusted to the break down application in terms of throughput and longevity.

This X-version stator knife is made of tool steel and corresponds to the standard variant in most break down applications. Therefore, it has a medium hardness.

Here you are offered a balanced relationship between resistance to wear and toughness simultaneously.

Due to the through-hardening process, there is a uniform hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures consistent wear over the lifetime of the stator knife.

It is imperative to avoid the welding on or hardfacing of products of this variation, as the structure will otherwise be fundamentally impaired. Consequently, breakage and machine damage may occur.

General characteristics:

The subsequent measures are available: 501mm length, 68mm width, 14mm height.

The inclination of the cutting edge is 75°.

All our Premium Line cutting tools are manufactured only in Germany.
