Both the geometry and the material used have a decisive effect on the insensitivity and tool life of the screen basket.

This insensitive steel of the A-option provides a long service life. As it is less sensible to wear due to the extra hardness, it is optimal for using it in demanding applications.

The perforated surface of this screen basket is divided into two parts. One half has a hole size of over 20mm and the other half 25mm. Due to the mixed perforations, the margin widths are also mixed. The margin width is 7.5mm on one side and 8.5mm on the other.

General characteristics:

The screen basket with the width of 594mm secures a suitable installation in the shredding machines described. Moreover, the product with 5mm sheet thickness convinces with its performance.
