Detailed description

Counter knife GMDS0300-10A by CUTMETALL for shredding machines by Doppstadt.

Compatibility with machines:

This item is perfectly suitable for crushers, shredders, pre-shredders, and post-shredders from Doppstadt.

Cutting performance and durability:

The wear and tear behaviour and thus also the service life can be influenced by the material and the cutting shape. This means that the efficiency can be well adapted to the input.

The B1-variant has a high core strength, but is also more susceptible to wear. The advantage of this option is its high toughness. Spare Parts of this design can also be used with input material that is loaded with impurities.

In this version, the products are case-hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the component wears out less at the beginning of its life cycle, but its performance drops dramatically afterwards.

Fastening in the machine:

The counter knife is mounted external on the cutting device. The other parts of the set can be found under the accessories.

When attaching, please also assure that the support of the knives is in an intact condition, as otherwise breakage may occur.

General characteristics:

The measurements of the product are 300mm in length, 116mm in width and 28mm in height.

As part of the Premium Line, this counter knife is of German manufacturing.
