Through the use of particular materials and varying the shape, the product can be matched to the break down application in terms of throughput and lifetime.

In the X-option, the stator knife is made of tool steel, which is our standard variant in most applications. It is characterised by a medium hardness.

Here you are offered a beneficial compromise between insensitivity to wear and toughness.

In this version, the components are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the stator knife wears steadily over its lifespan.

However, this option must not be armoured or welded on, as it negatively impacts the structure of the cutting tools. Consequently, fractures and machine damage are possible.

Fastening in the machine:

When attaching the stator knife, please assure that it is only applied to knife holders or knife crossbars with a flat contact surface in order to prevent breakage.

General characteristics:

The dimensions of the stator knife are 755mm long, 100mm wide and 22mm high.

Its cutting edge is inclined at 80°.

The special feature of our Eco Line, to which this stator knife belongs, is the lower price range compared to the Premium Line.
