Stator knife SMAP0210-H4J02 by CUTMETALL for crushing machines by Hosokawa Alpine AG.

 

Compatibility with machines:

This component is excellently fitting for cutting millses from Hosokawa Alpine AG.

 

Cutting performance and durability:

The wear and tear behaviour and thus also the lifespan can be impacted by the material and the shape. This means that the performance can be well adjusted to the input.

In the H-variant, this cutting tool is featured with additional carbide cutting edges. This allows a significantly improved durability in the machine, while power consumption, dust generation and the risk of breakage are noticeably reduced.

 

Fastening in the machine:

When attaching, please also ensure that the support of the knives is in a flat condition, as otherwise breakage may occur.

 

General characteristics:

The stator knife is 210.8mm long, 30mm wide and 28mm high.

The inclination of the cutting edge is 90°.

The stator knife belongs to the Carbide Line and is therefore provided with carbide cutting edges.
