Detailed description

Stator knife SMCX1000-X00 from CUTMETALL for recycling machines from Netzsch-Condux Mahltechnik GmbH

Compatibility with machines:

The stator knife is ideally fitting for cutting millses and granulators from Netzsch-Condux Mahltechnik GmbH.

Cutting performance and durability:

The cutting geometry and the material used for constructing have a significant influence on the insensitivity and service life.

This cutting tool presented is made of tool steel in the X-version, which is our standard variation for most operational scenarios. The hardness of this stator knife is in the medium range.

Here you are offered a balanced relationship between resistance to wear and toughness simultaneously.

In this variant, the products are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the stator knife wears homogenously over its lifespan.

It is imperative to avoid the welding on or hardfacing of items of this option, as the structure will otherwise be fundamentally weakened. Therefore, breakage and machine damage may occur.

General characteristics:

The spare part measures 1000mm in length, 90mm in width and 20mm in height.

The inclination of the cutting edge is 85°.

As this stator knife belongs to the Premium Line, the product shown is exclusively made in German production.
