Detailed description

Knife HMAT0200-W0000 from CUTMETALL for recycling machines from Artech Recyclingtechnik GmbH

Compatibility with machines:

This item is perfectly fitting for crushers, shredders, pre-shredders, and post-shredders from Artech Recyclingtechnik GmbH.

Cutting performance and durability:

The wear behaviour and thus also the lifetime of the product can be influenced by the material and the cutting shape. This means that the performance can be well adjusted to the input material.

The W-option is fabricated from alloy tool steel. In contrast to the X-variation, it has a shorter operating time due to the 5 % lower hardness. However it is also less fragile in parallel. Knifes of the W-variant are optimal for applications where the contact surface is no longer flat or there are impurities in the input.

Due to the through-hardening process, there is a consistent hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures persistent wear over the tool life of the knife.

However, this variant must not be armoured or welded on, as it negatively influences the structure of the cutting tools. Consequently, fractures and machine damage are possible.

General characteristics:

This knife is 200mm long, 78mm wide and 38mm high.

This knife belongs to the Premium Line, which is produced exclusively in Germany.
