Compatibility with machines:

This cutting screen is in the first place intended for the Vogelsang Rotacut model series from Vogelsang.

 

Performance and screening behaviour:

The efficiency of the cutting screen depends predominantly on both the variant and the shape.

When it comes to high demands on wear resistance, this C-variant is a suitable choice. Thanks to the Creusabro hard steel used, the cutting screen can withstand heavy loads even in demanding applications.

To enable the cutting screen to process the input properly, this cutting screen has circular cutouts. Furthermore, the diameter of each hole is 18mm and the margin widths between the perforations are 5mm each.

 

General characteristics:

The article presented has a diameter of 329mm and can thus be perfectly installed in the machine. A sheet thickness of 12mm secures, that the cutting screen meets the application requirements.
