In this option, the products are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the counter knife wears consistently over its lifetime.

We underline that this variation should not be armoured or welded on. This has a negative effect on the material structure of the counter knife, which can subsequently lead to breakage and machine damage.

Fastening in the machine:

The spare part is suitable for knives and also cutting crowns with the length and width of 145mm. With regard to the various range of models, other configuration variants can be realised.

When installing the counter knife, please assure that it is only attached to knife holders or knife crossbars with a flat contact surface, as otherwise breakage may occur.
